“Love Christ? Love Others!”

Love Christ? Love Others! “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me,” (Matthew 25:35-36).  A little love goes a long way!

“Uphold me according unto Thy Word…”

Father God, in Your Word, is life and hope. In Your Word is everything I need to make it through this day. Uphold me with Your Word. In those holy pages, we can find comfort, peace, and wisdom for the day written. “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee,” (Psalm 119:11). We cannot live without You, and we cannot live without Your Word. Thank You for blessing us with the guidance of this blessed and holy treasure, in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, AMEN!

“Lord, may our hearts be opened to see You!”

Lord, may not only our eyes, but our hearts be opened to see Your glory for who You are! “Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,” Isaiah‬ ‭46:9‬ ‭

“The Truly Blessed Person!”

“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”  Psalm 1:1-3

“Never Give Up!”

Here’s a thought for today: “NEVER GIVE UP!”

Many of us had beautiful dreams as a child. Dreams of how life would be and the things we would do. Some of those dreams were childish because we were children. But, some of those dreams were real aspirations to do something great in this life and to push past what’s before you right now.

I am here to tell you today, don’t let go of those dreams. They are still in you and they are still waiting to see their realization come to pass. Life may get hard sometimes in the race before us, but keep pushing on. Believe God has your best in mind always, and NEVER GIVE UP!

God bless you!

“I will wait till my change comes!”

I don’t know God’s plans for you. And, I don’t know all that He has planned for me. But one thing I do know is He is sovereign and has control of everything pertaining to each and every one of us. It is better to wait on the Lord than to chase what is fruitless and futile. Even if we are in the valley of affliction, and don’t quite know which way to turn. Turn where He is turning. Go where God is leading. Wait on Him and trust Him to bring your change to past. “All the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come,” Job 14:14. The change Job was looking for may be different than the change you or I are hoping for, nonetheless, wait till it comes!

“What is Man…”

Father God, thank You that You are mindful of us this day and every day. Thank You that Your hand of mercy has raised us up this day and the power of Your Holy Spirit is walking with us through this day. Thank You for Your daily love, compassion, and faithfulness that is at work in our lives. Thank You for just being the great and glorious God that You are. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, AMEN!
