When the human heart
gets muddled with mess,
let us come, sit before You,
where our soul finds rest.

Confusion and chaos
may speak to the day,
but in You, in Your love,
we find Peace never swayed.

He stands in the storms,
and speaks to the waves,
our hearts anchored in Jesus,
find calm to stay.

“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6, 7

“And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” Mark 4:39

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27
