I had no knowledge at the start
When my life began with that conceptive spark.
Did life happen instantaneously?
What’s the real story all about me?
Am I here by chance?
Has every road taken come by happenstance?
Am I just a flash in the pan?
What is the true story of who I am?
Here’s the deal, the real story.
I was created for His glory.
I am created by design
With His perfect plan for me in mind.
I was fashioned with special care;
My life, my eyes, and sometimes frizzy hair.
To be His workmanship here on this earth,
To use my gifts till I return to dirt.
To be the life that He can work through;
All of my parts, all of me . . . and my special hue.
I am designed specially by His hand,
And nothing about me was left to chance!
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them,” Ephesians 2:10

Great message. 🙂 I just love poetry that rhymes…something about them that is uplifting. You should publish a book of Christian poetry if you haven’t already done so. God bless you day! 😀

So much Truth in your poem, Word for Life Says, God does indeed have wonderful planes for us and knows us before we were conceived and knowing we would come to heart repentance He chose us to be conformed into the image of Jesus Spiritually not just a reflection or likeness, the image and so having His seed or Nature, (1John3:9) we will walk as He walked and when our flesh is put to death by The Spirit, as we choose to walk in His fruit, we are fit vessels for His good works He prepared in advance for us to do. (2 Timothy 2:19-21)
God as you shared, sees us being formed in the womb which He created the same as all that is needed for us to be conceived and He knows our name and every hair on our head, frizzy or not but He is not the author of sickness and disabilities, He does not afflict us with them, they came from the fall but He gives us what is needed to walk in Spiritual victory regardless of our physical limitations and never allows us to go it alone ( see below ) He is with us strengthen and uplifting…. How good is that!
Isaiah 43:1-3 – Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.”
Jeremiah 29 :11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Lamentations 3: 33 For He doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.
